We know that Case Managers are the backbone of a well-organized legal team. We are seeking skilled Case Managers to help support attorneys and ensure cases progress efficiently and smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Case File Management: Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documents are up to date and properly categorized.
  • Drafting Legal Correspondence: Prepare letters of representation, letters of protection, and other key documents to communicate with clients, insurance companies, and opposing counsel.
  • Medical Coordination: Contact medical providers to gather records, schedule appointments, and ensure proper documentation for personal injury and other case types.
  • Deadline and Workflow Oversight: Monitor and manage critical deadlines, court filings, and the overall progress of cases, coordinating with attorneys, clients, and third parties as needed.
  • Client Communication: Act as a point of contact for clients, keeping them informed about the status of their case and addressing their concerns.
  • Task Delegation: Work closely with paralegals and support staff to delegate tasks and ensure timely completion of case-related activities.
